The Wonderful Far Infrared Sauna

Far Infrared Therapy is among the most advantageous ways to improve your health. It makes its way deep into the body (approximately 2-4 inches) and aids in expanding and dilating peripheral blood vessels. By doing so, it brings relief to muscles and soft tissue injuries through better circulation speeds up the production of compounds the body creates to heal. The augmented circulation sends out oxygen-rich blood to the wounded muscles, which in turn helps the body's natural healing process.


What is Far Infrared Therapy used for?

This radiant heat therapy also alleviates the stiffness, aches, and soreness linked to aging. The enhancement in blood circulation supports a healthy flow of nutrients to your skin which results in a relief of acne, exzema, psoriasis, burns, and helps the healing of lesions and minor cuts.

Tips For Use:

  1. Drink Plenty of water before, during, and after your session
  2. If you take a hot or warm shower before your sauna session, you may perspire more.
  3. Use at least 2 towels. Sit on one towel, and keep the other to towel off excess off excess sweat to help your body perspire more freely.
  4. Do not put any lotions or oils on the skin when using the sauna. This may block the pores and hinder perspiration.
  5. At the first sign of a cold or flu, increasing your sauna session may help your immune system and decrease the reproductive rate of the virus. Consult your physician for proper treatment.
  6. After the session is over, turn off and unplug the unit. Do not immediately jump into the shower. Your body will continue to sweat even after the heaters are off. Sit in the sauna with the front unzipped and let the body sweat a little more while it cools off. When you feel comfortable, take a warm shower and finish off with a cool shower to cool off completely.

CAUTIONS!

  • This sauna is not medical equipment and should not be used for medical purposes.
  • Check with your doctor before using this sauna if you are under a doctor's supervision for any condition.
  • Stop using the sauna immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
  • Do not plug in while folded.
  • Staying in the sauna too long can cause overheating. Recommended time is a maximum of 30 mins. per day.

DO NOT USE THE SAUNA UNDER THE FOLLOWING HEALTH CONDITIONS:

  • Open wounds.
  • Sunburns.
  • Any type of respiratory condition.
  • Any type of heart condition.
  • High or low blood pressure.
  • Pregnancy.
  • While under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
  • Check with your doctor before using this sauna.
